How do I create an account?
Click the "Login" button at the top of any page, then select "Create Account". You will receive a free AllWell membership card.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. We will send you a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by visiting My Orders. After that, the order may already be processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track it anytime from My Orders → View Details.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
Is it safe to use my card on AllWell?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Can I pay using cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available on most products for pincodes under our serviceable network. Look for the COD badge on the product page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Some categories like innerwear and perishables are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to My Orders, select the item you want to return, and click "Return". Our courier partner will pick it up within 48 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
Shipping
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout to confirm availability.
